MOTIVA offers training to laboratories on ISO/IEC 17025, its implementation and the best practices available to more easily implement the requirements from the standard. MOTIVA offers this training in three distinct styles listed below. Read the feedback from all previous participants by clicking on the Training Feedback link in the menu on the right.
1. In-Class Learning
MOTIVA Training delivers training courses at pre-arranged public locations. These courses are public offerings and anyone may attend. Course materials are primarily directed at laboratories to assist their implementation of best practice in the use of laboratory QMS tools.
MOTIVA Training materials are aligned with the MOTIVA Learning Model for adult education.
Course descriptions are located from the menu bar to the left of this page.
MOTIVA Training also delivers training courses to accredited laboratories on behalf of ILAC-recognised accreditation bodies. Training delivered can be:
- material developed by the accreditation body on a topic within the scope of expertise of MOTIVA Training staff, or
- material developed by MOTIVA Training such as one of the these courses re-branded with the look and feel of the accreditation body.
See our Course Logistics Standard Here. MOTIVA Training meets the approaches described in the MOTIVA Learning Model. Adult learning is best accomplished when the environment promotes learning.
To appreciate the impact of MOTIVA In-Class Training, see the participant feedback published on this page.
2. Online Training
MOTIVA Training delivers training courses online at motiva.skillspark.net/. This training uses the same materials as the in-class training. It is made more interactive with the addition of voice-overs and animations to the presentations used in class. An example can be viewed here.
MOTIVA Training courses are available to anyone.
3. Self-Study Publications
MOTIVA provides self-study publications which contain the same material as the online training and the in-class training described in the menus for those types of training.
Materials are available in both electronic version (folder) and in hardcopy version (binder).
